HOW CAN I SELL WITH YOU?
If you are interested in selling your art on our website please contact us via the "Contact Us" button or email us at support@canvasdons.com , We will get back to you with information about our selling program. Please include art that you would like to sell and describe which categories of art you are best at creating.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
All orders take 2 to 5 days to be fulfilled. Usually Standard US Shipping takes: 5 to 12 business days (but historically ships between 3 to 5 business days).

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently only ship within the US but are working hard at finding international shipping partners. We will be offering worldwide shipping soon.
HOW ARE ORDERS PACAKGED?

All canvas prints come stretched on a wood frame and come in a plastic bag that protects against scratches. The cardboard box will contain materials to protect the canvas from damage in transit if the canvas requires.

Payment Information

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

CanvasDons currently accepts payments from most debit and credit provider. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, ELO, and Apple Pay. We understand that inputting banking information into stores can be daunting, which is why we also accept PayPal payments, which provide you with the extra layer of security.  In addition to the previous payment methods we have also partnered with QuadPay to allow customers to purchase art and pay over four installments. IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?

Purchasing on CanvasDons is complete safe, as we use a P.O.S system provided by Shopify, a large and trustworthy eCommerce company that has completed millions of transactions. As mentioned in our payment methods section, we also provide PayPal as a payment method for convenience and peace of mind. Buying on CanvasDons is just as safe as buying on any other online store.


Orders

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order simply add your items to the card and click the shopping cart icon on the top left. From there you can proceed to checkout, on that page you can checkout with PayPal or simply type in your credit/debit card information for a direct payment. 
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You do not need an account to place an order on our site, you can easily and conveniently checkout as a guest. Although checking out as a guest is fast and easy, we recommend creating an account before checkout or after checking out as a guest. Having an account will make it easier to track your orders and to view your “favorite” art that you can come back and purchase at any time.

WHO SHOULD I TO CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?
If there are any problems with your order or if you have any questions at all you can contact us via email, or social media accounts. To view all of these accounts click the "Support" tab of the top menu and then click "Contact Us". 
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
You must contact us at support@canvasdons.com to cancel your order. If your order has moved to production (as indicated in the order status), we can no longer make any changes. Orders typically stay in pending for 2 hours, during which you can make changes. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
To track your order simply log in to your profile and view your recent purchases. If you do not have an account with us you can click on the "Order Status" button near the top of the page and enter the required details to track your order. In addition you should receive an email with tracking information once the order is placed.
