CAN I RETURN MY CANVAS?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your canvas print you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your package. Unfortunately, we do not provide return labels but will provide a full refund once we receive the return. NOTE: If you received a damaged canvas we will replace the cost or send a canvas of similar cost for free.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?

You can get a label from any shipping company and send the package to "Canvas Dons, 8834 Reseda Blvd, Northridge, CA 91324". Once we receive we will inspect the item and refund within 3-4 business days. Please also email us at support@canvasdons.com to let us know the order number you are returning.

 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?

If you package is lost in transit we will provide a full refund after we verify with shipping partners that the package is lost. If you believe your package was stolen after delivery we will refund 100% of the cost once the customer provides a police report. If you received a damaged item we will provide a courtesy replacement. The replacement will be sent once we verify that the damage was caused in shipping and not by the customer.
